SE8401 is a small 60V, 0.6A step-down DC-DC regulator with internal switch. It has a SKIP control mode. It combines low quiescent current with high switching frequency. The output voltage can be divided by resistance in a wide output voltage range. The voltage regulator is individually adjusted to achieve the highest efficiency under extremely small to no-load conditions, and at the same time has good EMI performance.
SE8401 has a wide input voltage range of 4.3V-48V, thereby minimizing the need for external surge suppression components. Make it an ideal choice for wide input power range industrial and multi-cell battery pack applications. SE8401 has an integrated high-side power MOSFET on-resistance as low as 0.5Ω, can provide at least 0.6A output current capability, and has excellent load and line transient response.
