SE8650 is a PWM operating mode, high efficiency, simple peripheral, external drive power tube, suitable for 5-80V input high precision buck LED constant current driver chip. External drive MOS, maximum output current up to 6A.
The SE8650 operating frequency is fixed at about 150KHZ, and the built-in buffeting circuit can reduce EMI interference to other equipment. In addition, the average current sampling mode can improve the current accuracy in the case of wide input voltage.
SE8650 with output short circuit protection function, 5V~80V input conditions, short circuit will not damage the power device.
The SE8650 also has the ability to regulate current over temperature. When the temperature inside the chip reaches about 140°C, the output current is automatically lowered.
