SE8653 is an LED linear constant current driver, suitable for 4.5-100V input voltage range. The package form is ESOP8, and the maximum power consumption that the package can withstand is 1.2W.
The maximum current of SE8653 is 1A. SE8653 can also expand MOS to achieve greater output current.
SE8653 supports PWM dimming function, which can adjust LED output current with PWM signal through DIM pin.
SE8653 also has the function of over-temperature regulation current. When the temperature inside the chip reaches about 130°C, the output current will be automatically reduced.
